Laser modules catalog.

Choose from hundreds of laser modules of every color, power, format and type.

We offer the largest selection of laser modules in Europe, if you can't find the right model for your needs, don't hesitate to contact us for advice and possibly order a laser module custom built for you.

We also offer a wide selection of Diffractive Optical Elements, so called DOEs, these are special "filters" that allow you to project a certain figure by means of a laser module, for example a grid, a dotted cross, a series of parallel lines, a circle, concentric circles, squares and rectangles and in general any shape including vector drawings of any kind, for example a logo or any other pictogram.

Diffractive Optical Elements are normally used in the laboratory for a whole range of applications in which a laser projection of a given shape is exploited to perform alignment checks of elements, point the laser at targets, project grids for counting elements in a system, and many other applications.

Our catalog contains most designs normally used in all kinds of laboratories and industries, upon request we can have custom DOEs produced, if you want a particular pictogram please ask for information.

We offer a selection of laser modules already equipped with DOEs as well as laser modules prepared to mount DOEs, which are interchangeable.

It is therefore possible to purchase one or more laser modules prepared to mount DOEs and one or more DOEs to be mounted on each type of laser, so pictograms of different color and power can be projected for each application purpose.

The DOEs are mounted on the lasers by means of a diskette that acts as a holder and is screwed like a ferrule into a threaded groove obtained on the tube containing the laser module; to mount disassemble the DOE, it is sufficient to use a standard pronged tweezers normally used in electronic laboratories.

It is strongly recommended to wear clean gloves when handling the DOEs, this is in order not to dirty them with grease or other impurities.

All lasers in the catalog are CE-certified, for free sale and belonging to the permitted laser classes, all lasers are rigorously tested in the laboratory to ensure proper operation and compliance with the technical specifications stated for each model.

In order to make the best use of laser modules, proper support mounts are also required to properly orient them in a stable and safe manner, so we also offer a wide range of laser mounts sorted by clamp diameter and mount type.

Modules must be properly powered in order to produce coherent proper laser light, that is, a proper laser beam will be produced only if the voltage is correct, if the module is underpowered it does not produce a proper laser beam, on the contrary if it is overpowered the module is immediately and irreparably failed.

We therefore offer all the appropriate power supplies for all types of lasers that we have in our catalog, we strongly recommend that you always buy the appropriate power supply for the module you choose in order to avoid burning out laser modules the first time you turn them on.

All transformers and power supplies that we supply contain appropriate electronics to prevent common mild cases of overpower spikes, however to prevent damage from large surges we recommend using appropriate filters.

For the integration of lasers into machinery and other systems containing 12-volt or 24-volt electrical circuits we offer dedicated solid-state DC-DC micro-transformers for the conversion of attention from 24 volts to 5 volts or 3 volts DC, or from 12 volts to 5 volts or 3 volts, these can be used as such soldered directly to cables and included in protective heat-shrink sleeves or soldered to auxiliary printed circuit boards, given their small size they are easy to integrate into systems.

The lasers offered in the catalog cover the entire range of visible and infrared electromagnetic radiation.

Also available are modular lasers of various kinds, alignment lasers for cutting machines, such as CNC machines for stonemasons or carpenters, and industrial machinery such as benders, cutters, presses, or other machine tools.

Completing the assortment are the extra economical modules in brass capsules particularly suitable for mounting on the wieldable machine tools of such as circular saws, jigsaws, miter saws, pantographs, drills, or of other kinds, they can also be used to create economical pointers and other tools of course.
